Monday’s 530pm: Yoga Flow & Restoration
This class explores the relationship between body, breath and mental focus. Each week we move slowly through a physical yoga practice while bringing more subtle energetics and awareness to the embodiment of our flow. This is an intermediate level class but beginners are welcome! We use props and class is a sweet, encouraging group of locals co-creating this mindful, compassionate space!
Wednesday’s 530pm: Contemporary Dance
This class is not your typical “contemporary technique class”. No formal dance training is necessary to attend, more so, a willingness to be in your body and allow for movement to emerge! We always start on the ground to connect with gravity and warm-up mindfully. The warm-up continues into structured flow and guided improvisation. Later in class, we may explore more free flow or simple choreography. We are not seeking to do things in a uniform and perfect way, but rather unraveling our bodies to connect to the subconscious primal expression that lives within each of us!
